I seem to be stuck somewhat, and have been very unproductive except for "fooling around" in Photoshop. In some ways I'm not really complaining because it's fun, but after hours of noodling around I end up with what feels like very little accomplished.
And then something like this comes turns turns up and I re-consider that earlier feeling.
Is anybody else struggling with these changes to the Renderosity site? Some things I really like, but the comment windows, etc. are suddenly almost too small to be useful to me.

Heh - when I saw the title, I thought you were referring to the latest round of "improvements" Rendo has inflicted on us.... This is actually a really cool texture, Mike - I like it a lot! And hey - if you're having fun with it, that's the best part! From what I understand, the tiny text boxes will be addressed this week. All the different areas of Rendo like galleries, free stuff, forums, etc. are "modules" that need to be addressed individually to resolve glitches like the tiny text boxes. I'm not a professional web designer, but it would seem to make sense to check all the updates to one's website BEFORE going live with it.... Just common sense...
This looks like our very near future,Mike.With all of our gadgets the system will be overloaded. This is certainly a nice result from just"fooling around."

Nice image. I',m not a fan of the new Rendo changes, but I'm getting to be a curmudgeon.
I'd like six rolls of this in a nice matte, textured wallpaper, please. :P It's beautiful!
Oh yeah. This has the look of Nemaean decor...that modern stuff and not the classical "rusty" stuff you get in the homes run by little old ladies named Olga. I love the colors and the texture is quite meaty with all sorts of good bits scattered everywhere. Sometimes just fiddling around produces the most amazing stuff...but then, that's art for you. People like to pretend that art is something serious, but if it was serious, then it would be work, and that's not artistic at all.
Oh, don't even get me started on the new Rendo changes! Having said that, let me add that I hope everyone bothered to Zoom this one because it definitely makes it look more impressive. Like.
