Description
My mother painted this picture as a gift for me lately.
She was inspired by my picture "Paradis blanc" and wanted to have a try at painting it.
I felt surprised and honored that she chose my image as a reference.
It is painted with acrylic paint on a canvas.
It is also her first try at painting a face and it was not a simple task if we consider the bangs in front of the eyes of the character.
So I share with you all my gift trying to make my capture as similar as possible with the original :-)
Of course, all constructive comments on the painting are appreciated and I would tell them to my mother :-)

Un tableau dont tu m'avais parlé et qui prend forme aujourd'hui ! Elle se débrouille plutôt très bien cette maman artiste , c'est très beau ! Pour avoir peint ( à l'huile) pendant des années , je connais un peu les difficultés rencontrées par les amateurs dont ta maman et moi faisons partie. Cela dit, peindre est aussi une forme de méditation, et les artistes recherchent cette libération de l'esprit dans l'acte de peindre, en plus ou en parallèle avec le résultat sur toile de leur passion.
