Description
Ford Abbey was once the home of Cisterian Monks but is now owned privately. The abbey and grounds are open to the public at certain times.
The area sits about 100 metres/yards inside the county of Dorset on the border with Somerset, the postal address being Chard, Somerset and lies within the Parish boundary of my home village of Thorncombe.
