Description
This truck went at a high rate of speed along the flight line and the aircraft approached from the rear, caught up with the truck, hovered above the platform installed on top of the truck until the pilot was lined up correctly and then touched down. After riding down piggyback on the truck for a few moments the aircraft lifted off again and flew away.

Clever stuff and very well captured Sig.
Fantastic capture very very well done
wow that must have been something to see
The hillbilly aircraft carrier! Great shot. This reminds me of the short field take off and landing competitions between the bush pilots in Alaska. Some of those planes take off in less than 15 feet.
MARVELOUS SHOT
That's insane.......love it Sig.
there were some tight muscles involved in this one....
They made it look easy, but things could go wrong in a hurry!
