He said, "Maam, you were speeding at 10 miles per hour over the posted limit and creating a traffic problem since the nuts in the other cars are typically driving at least 20 miles per hour over the limit and are having trouble getting around you! In the interest of overall safety, could you please increase you speed and show everyone that you can be just as nuts as they are???"
