Keep warm out there folks. This last week of January is typically the coldest of the year. Looks like we will have trouble getting temp above -30 for 15 day forecast. After that it moderates into the -20s for rest of February.

There is a wonderful play of light in this render. Very nice.
Not only the coldest but on a positive note we are gaining a minute of daylight every day forward from here and the sun gets higher in the sky which makes it not so terrible if say it was only like November knowing we just was beginning winter...We will be near 30 come this weekend and the shortest month (February) which catipults us towards Spring is just a week away....Yippy!...lol... Yes, here in the UK we are much into the white stuff at the moment, but rain - the vanquisher - is promised for the weekend. It's a nice picture and with a very definite attitude.

PRETTY COOL My firend was a teacher here in Montreal then he apply for a teacher job in Manitoba (Indian reserve) in Shamatawa loll thats very at the north He told me NEVER AGAIN (He was there for 1 year contract :) COLD IN SHAMATAWA :)
A super fractal and I know I would just have to climb this colourful stairs. I hope it does warm up in Febuary for you all, I'm sending you some of our hot weather, I hope it gets that far north.
