Description
in the essence of winter, ones wishes for the heat to return, the warmth, the green of things that grow, a simple mode of getting dressed, without layers, the trickle of a brook or stream, cascading over rocks into a pond or lake, one wishes.....,
jwildfire and twisted brush

and then when the wish is granted too much, one will wish for the sold and silence of a winter night - a never-ending cycle that aside, this is a great and wonderful image

Gonna be a hard thing to come by in the days ahead for some(warm temps)...My local long range forecast is say'n minus double digit lows beginning Monday untuil further notice....Your most beautiful image above certainly gives off the warmth and is most wonderful Rick!
a real beauty super work
Last year was the hottest on record... the heat will be back before you know it... you aught to be wishing for lots of snow/rain so we have ponds come summer. I've seen a lot of creeks and rivers low.... We've had maybe 5 inches of snow in the Denver area and we usually have that before october ends.... global warming is real... the people that pay attention to the seasons know it's only gonna get hotter and hotter... besides, I want to build a kickass snowman before the season is over - lol
Very beautiful colors Rick, your fractal design is also amazing....as always excellent artwork Rick.
If I could swap daytime high temps with you and others wishing for Summer, Rick, I'd do it in half-a-heartbeat~ Southern Florida doesn't have seasons, it has weather =/ and I miss the cold shots of true Winter. A beautifully written narrative for this vibrant image, great work!
Gorgeous colors and design!
lovely colors
marvelous picture
It is a beautifully written piece that goes well with this most beautiful fractal. I myself still love winter. I love the seasons and would desperately miss them if they disappeared and became just one long summer. I'm seeing a beautiful winter sunset, enhanced by reflections on the snow .. amazing and gorgeous work Rick, one of your best.
Amazing colors and design my friend, enchanting artwork!congratulations!
Awesome design and colouring Rick :)
