Description

More for the lovers of Ancient Egypt: "Mother of the gods. the great, the loved one, Winged and mighty, to you alone we call, Naming you our Comforter, our Ruler, Bast, Beloved, Mother of us all." from "Hymn to Sekhmet-Bast" I think, had I been an Ancient Egyptian in a previous life, I would probably have been the one assigned to cleaning out and refreshing the litter trays for the sacred cats at Karnak ... Great shot, but I can't help but reflexively thinking "Stargate"! Cleaning the sacred litter trays... urgh. I think I'd rather be on pyramid building detail!
