Description
Fritz very obligingly sat for me in front of this stunning green moss on the heath today.
He reminds me of the red-headed models beloved by Dante Gabriel Rossetti.

Wonderful capture love the harmony between Fritz's red coat and the intense green of the moss
Perfect capture, adorable dog!
Fritz is a good boy, maybe hoping for presents.
LOL! GREAT TITLE, AND FANTABULOUS CAPTURE!
That moss is really something....Fritz is quite the looker too.
A reddish Fritz blending in with the green moss makes this a somewhat Christmaslike image, Rossetti style, A. Cool textures all around.
A charming picture of your little doggie - great moss and holly closeby !
Fritz has always been photogenic. An exellent background for him. I like the color of the ivy.
I had just to google Raphael and Rossetti, to be sure - not to say the wrong thing, after all I am not familiar with every famous painter and painting of the Byzantine (?) era - there is big gap in my education ;( so sad! ... BB Anyhow, Fritz, the beautiful redhead is in complete sync with the roots of the tree - you nailed it Andrea! (but I am totally puzzled, by what this heavy looking '?' under his chin is doing there ???)
Rossetti's Redheads would be green with envy if they saw our Fritz, with his gorgeous red hair, posed here against the lush green velvet like backdrop
very wonderful
He seems to be quite relaxed about his modeling job. A beautiful image! I like the way his back echos the tree root behind him. Very nice!
Stunning capture Andrea. God Bless.
Great capture, Andrea!! He looks great!! Merry Christmas!! :o)
Such a handsome fur baby he is love the image hon.
Awwwww.... Cassidy won't hardly hold still for a photo.
He poses so beautifully for you! Great shot Andrea
What a wonderful scene! Fritz is such a beautiful boy, and I'm sure he's very aware that he looks stunning beside the moss and holly!
Fritz looks so handsome, lovely pics of him!!
He is such a darling :-D
He looks beautiful, GREAT shot.
The moss made a gorgeous background for Fritz’s profile photo on FlickR. A wonderful full length version on RR. Sometimes I forget that Fritz is built so low to the ground! :o)
I prefer the red heads of Alberto Vargas.
