Mark, these hanging gardens you shared with us are so lovely and served to brighten my day. You can tell someone has put a lot of care and thought into their creation and it is paid off tenfold. Nebuchadnezzar II, the NeoBabylonian king of Babylon, would have reveled over the POV, clarity, sublime colors and definition incorporated in this superb photo, Mark. In fact, he would have claimed this one easily rivals the beautiful Hanging Gardens of Babylon, that he constructed to soothe his homesick wife. And, I didn't realize that you lived in such a posh, upscale neighborhood. Well done, my friend, and always good to have you back amongst us again.

How lovely to come across these beautiful gardens on your walk through the city. They really soften the building, as well as bring pleasure to all. A lovely clear capture, and I am glad you are feeling well enough again to be here at RR but don't worry about trying to catch up. It is impossible I have found.

What a stunning landmark and expert capture of it, Mark! I love these big plantings when they're established and proliferating on their own. The Seattle Convention Center has this Babylon-esque feel to it too, it's just really hard to photograph because all the best parts are what you see when you're racing under it on the freeway. It's not as colourful as this one, though, and I love how beautifully limned the lines of the leaves and buildings are; this has a very drawing-like feel to it, and is very Mark!

Its always so good to get a look at the images seen through your your eyes thats what draws me to your gallery mark your own unique dimension which you always present in such an appealing and interesting way so full of impact my friend happy holidays when they come!!

I thought I commented on this already, but guess I didn't do it right, cuz it's not here--duh!! Anyway, I remember these from walking around your town and I love them. The ones I really liked were up several stories and I worried about them coming down. It's a beautiful way to soften the hard angles on buildings and Chicago does it so well!!

What a beautiful display! I have a feeling this gets changed out several times during the year. If you think of it, go back in May or so and see what's there then. I bet the hanging business stays the same and the flowers get updated as the seasons change. The pumpkins are such a lovely counterpoint! :) You have a wonderful way of seeing what's there, no matter how "ordinary" it might seem to you, since you're there every day. I'm totally impressed. :)
