Yes, he is "Frosty the Snowman," but he really is my own unique character which really has nothing to do with the classic holiday character other than being a living magical snowman and sharing the exact same name. His origin is completely different, and is my own story which I made up and tied to the foe(s) of my Christmas characters. My Frosty here is also one of the Christmas heroes, but his personality is also nothing like what the classic Frosty is like. He is a tough, no-nonsense guy who is also the leader of an entire race of beings just like him, and while he's not as surly as his evil counterpart, "Frostbite," he can still swing a mean broomstick when fighting the bad guys. Frosty and his wife, Crystal, are stated to have been an experiment by the Mean Green Witch to try and create some kind of new monsters against Santa Claus and his allies that were something other than her usual Green Creatures, but it was a failure because they turned out heroic and not evil. However, she was later successful with making a couple of evil clones of them by mixing some snow taken from their bodies during a battle with them and combining it with some snow from Halloween Hallow, which resulted in the wicked snow creatures she always wanted. Therefore, it can be inferred that her initial experiment was a failure because she tied to infuse her magic with the snow of the North Pole around Christmas City, and that snow is protected from evil, so of course Frosty and Crystal did not become corrupted. So, with all of this information, we can safely say that the place of origin for the snow-people is indeed the North Pole, and not anywhere else.
