More from Montezuma Castle. We were there during the month of April, and everything was green and beautiful, even in central Arizona!
Things here are great, but real life is taking up a lot of time these days! We're busy with projects and having fun, but I miss not being here as much as usual.
We went to our local pool this morning, which is part of our regular weekly schedule. My niece, her boyfriend, and a friend of theirs joined us today, and then we all went out for lunch. What a blast! See photos of the Lynnwood Rec Center ... it's an amazing facility!

What a photo! What a place! I can hear animal sounds in this: cricket noise and maybe the rustle of other six legged people in that nicely copious brush...maybe even some 4 legged people too, and of course birds talking to each other. I love the light and the different textures here. It's so peaceful, and the title of this piece sounds like the name of a really interesting novel (one of four) concerning something epic, romantic, vibrant, and...in terms of spring...full of promise. This is such a wonderfully rich post!
