Description
The first Saturday of every month, Eureka, California has "Arts Alive" in Old Town and Downtown Eureka. It's lots of fun--art, music, food, people and you don't have to spend a cent if you don't want to. I went with a friend this month and dodging raindrops, we walked and looked and I took fotos. Lots of the shops had live models and this little place was my favorite. It's a vintage second hand store, and this young woman was one of who were modeling. I love her look, and even though I shot this thru a window, I was still pleased with the result.
BTW--just bought a new camera, the newest Fuji and spent the day at the beach trying it out. Stay tuned!!

'Ill take it'!!
What fun!
She'll dress up any window, she's gorgeous! Nice shot, and have fun with the new camera!
Beautiful window, but a boring job for the model! Great capture of this young beauty!
I know its style but I just can't help thinking her hat will fall off... :) Aloha
Great set of shoulders on the spaced out model, Maz. I don't know, if I want to go window shopping, I go to a place that sells or makes windows. Just like garage or yard sales...how many people out there want to buy a garage or a yard? Good luck with your new Fuji.
What a shot! She's so elegant and refined...the perfect model, if you ask me. I love the fact that a store hires models! That's as it should be. I like thru-the-window shots too, and this one has a dreamy quality to it. I love her expression and you captured it perfectly. Aren't new cameras fun!? I look forward to seeing more from it.
That looks like fun!
Live window models - interesting - and you caught this one very well!
