Well done; a nice tribute to a lot of brave souls....
There's a story behind this I'm unaware of... but I love it! I think that's a P40, but I'm not sure...
WANCOW: You're right about it being a P-40 Kittyhawk, to my knowledge the two P-40s flown by Lieutenants Kenneth M. Taylor and George Welsh were the only US fighters to get off the ground on December 7th.
