Dang, that's pretty bad flooding if there's still that much water about! Nice capture of this Jeff!
errrr! cold and wet!!! Lots of details in there.
It has a bleak beauty.
Sorry to hear it is still going on. There hasn't been anything in out news lately. Hope you see some sun soon!
It may all appear so triste - but there is also another side to it - hope, the results will be very lush looking fields, once the water has retreated and then there will be so much food for all insects and animals ... this is nature - imperfect, wonderful image Jeff, BB
bit cold for swimming Jeff
Great picture - but awful weather!
That's a lot of water to go down but it's a wonderful view.
that looks like a whole lot of water, nice shot
Superb capture my friend. God Bless.
Jeff, it looks like wet soggy cold ground. Nice shot.
It's starting to get a bit wet round this way too. Good capture Jeff!

WOW! Dispite all the rain, it sure looks beautiful. A wonderful shot, Jeff.
very detailed and beautiful work
Gosh it still hasn't retreated properly has it. The farmers will be worried about their pasture being ruined. An excellent capture and I hope you get some sunshine soon.
Yes the world is sure changing.
great shot
Nice shot. Well done
Great capture of this soggy landscape!
Interesting to see that flooding
Great on zoom, Jeff. What a big area with water, impressing this shot is.
Just lovely..like the layers and the foreground. Good to record these natural events
GREAT SHOT
brings back flooding when I was a child. 3/4 of my mother's yard would be covered with flood water reaching a mile from creek. luckily the house was on the highest point of the yard. then came the snakes
Too bad you can't will some of that water over to Texas. We're still not totally recovered from the drought of 2011. Two local lakes that are our region's water supply reservoirs are 42% full. Beautiful capture, though sad for the farmers. I like the reflection of the gate and fence, though the fence confuses me. It seems to stop rather abruptly. I hope the fields drain soon.
Oh my goodness you all really did get alot of rain. :( I hope that no one was hurt during this flood. :))) I love the reflections of the trees across the way. :)))) Trees are so beautiful with or without leaves. :)))) Most excellent capture my friend. :))))) I hope this finds you doing extra special. :)))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))))
