Description
Taken along the Washington Coast as the sun was setting through the trees on a snowy day in November many years ago. Heavily manipulated because my husband (now deceased) was in a hurry so I didn't use my tripod, but didn't want to discard this photo.
Thank you so very much for looking, and for all of your comments.:)

you have successfully managed to photograph the soul of the trees of the forest!
cool postwork
It looks like a fire behind the trees...amazing.
Just amazing, love it.
Wow, what a strange shot of fire and ice. It looks like nature's own nuclear furnace.
Cool shot and photo manipulation my friend.
The red glow with the snow makes it supremely surreal!
I love this! It's not so much a photograph of trees as a photograph (beautifully manipulated) of trees dreaming of what trees might become. Or maybe not. Who's to say. No matter: this is a brilliant, inspired image! This is most definitely a keeper!
