Description
The man in white has come to town and moved into the black suited gangs territory with orders to set up a new operation. He has the backing of a strong affiliation from one of the bigger cities that wants a piece of the action in this town. The white suit is known for his quick wit and strong street smarts.
He senses there is a rift between this golden haired lieutenant and his 'boss', and he hopes to capitolize of it. I wonder if golden hair will take the white suits offer? Tough to give any kind of commitment when some of the other gang members are standing around so close. But then, maybe that is part of the white suit's strategy. Get them all thinking and maybe they all will come over to his side.

depends on the way he "washes"their brains with his attitude,sliming,bribing-each one has his week spots and he is the man to spot these and take advantage.intriguing guy to say the least. reminds me i need to create a hitman for the mob i think i call him Virgil Faecces lol.
