I need to workout... I should set up a plan... pose some posers for the "idea" of the exercise, leave a space to say how much you do for the routine, time, date, weight loss.... I gotta do this... a year ago I was at 200, now I'm at 240 - I feel Pregnant, my food keeps kicking my butt hole - lol
