I had no clue what gallery to put this in. Sorry if it's in the wrong one! I also wasn't sure about the violence tag. One mod told me that I only needed to check it when a "victim" was in the scene and since there's no victims seen I didn't check it. Admittedly, I've only played Arkham Asylum and Arkham City once but I was greatly impressed by both games. (I'm going to have to ask my brother if I can borrow those from him for a while.) Inspired by watching the game trailers again, I decided to create this fan art. It's not completely "canon" but I do so enjoy taking artistic liberties with my fan artworks. Also, artistic liberties were required given I don't have much experience with the games. (In other words, don't complain at me you whiny fanboys!) The lighting and material settings took the biggest part of my worktime on this artwork. I just couldn't get certain elements to look right like her skin, hair, and outfit in regards to materials. Once I got all that looking right I had to work on the light setup. Rather than using IDL, I used a large number of colored spotlights (about 8 to 12) to create the weird yet dark lighting.
