Description
A couple episodes ago, Alex (zanderXL) asked if any of his readers would like to create some art based on his excellent sci-fi story, 'Gunmetal Sky.'
I thought it sounded like fun - so here's my version of Laura Heaven, AKA "Angel" the young runner (hacker) from the story. Hope you like my version of her, Alex!
I added a high-techy-matix-kinda overlay with a couple of freebie tech wallpapers I scrounged up somewhere. Angel's sphere is just a Poser primative ball prop with Bagginsbill's glass orb shader applied. I also stuck a point light inside it with attenuation set to inverse square @ 5% intensity. The laptop is a prop included with Poser.
The environment is Applejack's excellent old sewer station prop. (I was going to do a render with my T.N.A. Girls in here, but they said they'd had enough of sewers for a while! LOL!).

Hi Rod...I don't know the story, but this girl surely looks like she has the ability to hack...and distract any men who might be after her! I really like the pose and lighting on this one!

Nailed her look and her pose hints at her awkward shyness. Fantastic. I also really like how you made her S-Box. You actually depicted the thing pretty much how I imagined them. The exta effects really add that hi-tech element too, nodding at the cyberpunk genre it's set in. I think I know who to contact if I want promo art for my new novel!! Really can't say thanks enough for this incredible work Rod. I really appreciate it. You rock.
