Soldiers of a convenient truth
Our truth
Task with setting the world free
From themselves
Repetition is the club of choice
To pound in our battle cry
“We our doing this for your own good”
Our goal is to spread democracy
As long as you elect
Who we want
And when we have delivered the world
From all evil
There will be only one great evil left
I know I am a huge liberal who really doesn’t understand killing people just because they want to be different and I know there will always be war, that’s just human nature I suppose and I am not bashing on America. I love it here and can’t image living anywhere else. I just am not sure we need to have our nose in everyones business all over the world. Maybe just maybe everything would calm down a little if we just stayed home for a while. Sorry for my little rant but I saw something that just made me think maybe other countries should be in charge of their own business and maybe it would better to wait until some of these countries ask us for help instead of moving in and insisting that we help. I can’t think of one country in the whole world that I would want to bring in their soldiers and set up base’s on our soil. Maybe we owe them the same respect.

If we kill enough of them they will love us. We are always confusing means with ends. As a historian I could tell you so many stories of missed opportunities by this country. And if we protest and scold it is because we love this country not because we hate it. Perfect words, Randy.

You are dead right in that. Nice ideas are always only means of politicians to get what they want.
U have spoken the words that most of us feel but i know it will get worse not better we need to take care of our own people and country but as we all know our world is in a sad shape as the big guy's have all the power and we have none.

I'm a Gun Owning Liberal Democrat Veteran Combat Soldier myself and couldn't agree more. America hasn't been on the side of righteousness since Korea, yeah it was Righteous to go after Bin Laden but it was actually Saudi Nationals mostly who perpetrated the Act not Afgahani's. We have the ability to fight a Clandestine war against Al Qaeda and the Taliban without Invading and trying to Remake Middle eastern countries in our own likeness, that's arrogant and it's stupid and they hate us for it, we need to get out and stay out. Truth of the matter is there are 4 countries over in that region we need to worry about and none of them are Iran, Iraq or Afghanistan, they are Pakistan, India and Israel because they are already Nuclear Powers and Saudi Arabia because they have been the Puppeteers for 60 years....nuff said Rant done Peace
