Description
This huge Maple tree is one of the many trees surrounding my house...most are pine and a splash of white birch, but none are ever as beautiful as this one in the Fall. I took this picture squat down as close to the ground as I could get out on my back lawn in the rain one morning...I am sorry for my power lines in the way. But to show how far 'off the road' I live, that second pole beyond the front one is on the other side of the road leaving my driveway. Yep, my sister (lunchlady) and I live out in the boonies!
Enjoy!
Thank you for all the clicks, comments, and favorites on my previous upload folks...and for the new book/author recommendations from a couple of you from my last post. lol

That's a beautiful maple all right, Rose! Wow - that's an intense red! I'm envious, my dear friend! Must be really peaceful out in the 'boonies!' Unlike life in suburbia! LOL!
Lovely, Mother Nature is quite the artist ! ! ! Great Shot :)
Gorgeous. My old college photography instructor told us not to include any powerlines in our photos, but he never told us how not to. I live in a concrete jungle, so no such beauty around here. Unless it's at a nursery.
wow, rose that's a beautiful looking maple love the colors, excellent capture!:)*5
SWEEEEEEEEEET
Such brilliant colors! Wonderful image.
Beautiful capture and motif, Rose. Fabulous maple you got there. Hard to see, but it could be a japanese maple, with that red color. Japanese maple turn out to be extremely beautiful, when trained for bonsai.+5
