Description
This traditional mode of transportation, the pirogue, is used to cross the Hau Giang River between Chau Doc and Con Tien Island, An Giang Province, Vietnam.
As a matter of fact, whenever I think of Vietnam, other than the war, images of an old woman, dressed in black pajamas and the traditional conical hat, propelling a pirogue along the Han River in Danang come to mind.
