That looks like one huge butterfly.
I had no idea any butterflies are poisonous! I suppose it means there are toxins if it was digested, so I should be good to go in the jungles so long as I don't eat any of them!
Trust Oz to have toxic butterflies!
What an awesome bug! Great shot!
A new one on me - you live and learn!! Nice shot.
Splendid capture!
Another wonder of mother nature. I had no idea some butterflies are poisonous too! BTW... loved the photo you put up on Rob's train image, gave me my first laugh of the day :)
So very large and beautiful. :))))) It is very cool that this beauty has no enemies. :)))))) I learned something new this morning. Thank you. :))))) Amazing in details my friend. :))))) Most excellent capture. :))))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))))

Berautiful.
Had no idea! Note made! Excellent shot mate.. Well done.. Rob
Very cool capture and information
How lovely. They are very large and colorful. Although highly toxic, the worst they can do without being eaten is use slitted glands on the sides of their body to release a foul odor - sort of like skunks defend themselves with skunk spray. Nicely done photo.
Superb capture my friend and i also did not know that there were any poisonous Butterflies. God Bless.
OK, rock my world! First I find out that Australia is not flat and now I see that you have poisonous butterflies!!! Steve (CrabbyCabby) is right – it does look huge. A great share!
Wow! At this age I learn that butterflies can be dangerous! Where is the world going!!
