I haven't a clue what this is Kim, it looks quite large.
This is one strange mushroom. Cool photo of it.
Wonderful find and capture of this fungi.
Impressive kind!!!!!!!!!!1
Impressive , intersting capture . Kim !
You do find some funny mushrooms :o)
looks like it will mutate into a monster toadstool. better run for your life!!!
I can't be absolutely certain, but this looks almost like a species of slime mold that's gone reproductive. I had a few encounters with those and they all took on this misshaped bread-loaf sort of appearance. Of course I could be totally wrong, but at any rate, this is a wonderful shot of fungal exuberance. I love the warm tones. I haven't seen too many fungi this year, and so it's good to see an interesting example of something here on Renderosity. This is great!
Splendid shot.
Very interesting and different mushroom, superb shot!
This mushroom is not a beauty, but your shot is superb. Fantastic textures and details.
Wonderful fungi find and capture!!
wild looking shape Kim, great shot.
At First I thought it was a piece of Chicken you threw on the ground..LOL..Excellent Find
HA! It looks like a floating shroom :-D

A mushroom really strange! Excellent capture! :)
It looks melted, doesn't it?
It looks like it bubbled up from underground and then cooked solid in the sun. This has been the summer of Kim's strange mushrooms!
Obviously an alien BLOB.
to me it look like a lobster mushroom,it is a mutation or very similar ,it is a fungus that grows on top of others mushrooms and by that fact made them to difform .it is usely comestible[as long as you can identify the specie nder the fungus]it have an excellent taste.but you should buy it in a supermarket in a dry form ,this less risky very nice shot
Now this one just looks gross, LOL!
Fantastic shot.
That one is a bit strange nice shot of it.
What a strange and wonderful growth!
What a funny mushroom. Looks a bit like a piece of a pizza, without anything on it. Interesting capture!
This is a strange shape, but the color is rich and apealing.
WEIRD :)
Good grief this certainly has mutated. An excellent capture.
