You've seen her. You know who she is. There is a pigeon lady in every city.

And sometimes the Pigeon Lady travels from Sacramento to San Francisco, huh? LOL You found a most unusual bit of wall art. Well done.
Oh, how nice it is. I thank you for it. 5+!!
Indeed yes! an unusual piece.
I suspect there are lots of pigeon ladies in most cities! Quite a few pigeon men too. Admittedly, I like pigeons, and because of their poop (there are pigeon poop harvesters in Chicago) a three acre stretch of Lake Michigan shorline is being reclaimed by the native flora in the area...this, of course, means that more cacti will probably begin to sprout, as a breed of prickly pear is native to this region of the USA, but has vanished from the wild, simply because people dig them up and put them in flowerpots in their kitchen windows, or something. Anyway, 3 acres of Lake Michigan shoreline are starting to look like 3 acres of Lake Michigan shoreline a few hundred years ago, all because of the work of plant people who harvest the work of pigeons. And speaking of pigeons, a really gorgeous nesting pair has taken up residence over the back porch stairs at my friend Corey's apartment. I call them Mr. and Mrs. VanGoh, as they seem to have a rather, advanced instinct when it comes to...um...art. Funny how mention of a pigeon lady (a well wall-rendered pigeon lady, at that!) triggered my own odd thought spiral. Ah, but that happens regularly! This is quite a nicely seen and perfectly captured piece! I love the human habit of putting things on walls (generally in an improvised or semi-improvised manner) and I'm glad to see examples of improvised wall art in other places. I wish Chicago had stuff like this. We have a few examples...but not many. This is great!
