Description
Gran Latisha has her grandson on visit, she wants to use this opportunity to teach the young the stories of old.
She ,a hard working woman literally worked her back off,to pay the little guy the academy ,and open some doors for him.
She also wants to explain to him,why his skin is a shade clearer than hers.(wink),
there was this “white-trash” living down the road and one day.................. i leave the rest to you lol.
Rhis hatz-tempesta3d-ol-latisha,

Sounds like she's a thoughtful lady working her back off like that for her grandson... (smirk) The banjo is a nice touch. If you had another there could be a duel! (put the tune in your head now, haven't I?)
Ton image est très touchante et adorable, René, et très bien mise en scène !
Superbe scène avec la belle relation entre grands-parents et petits-enfants, dans un esprit de tradition!

Being that I'm so behind due to my absence I'm going to comment on your most recent for now until time permits me to be more involved and I'll then be back to get more current in comments with your gallery. ~Smiles~
dang nab! this is a killer job doc. well done..
Beautiful work of art Beautiful story line Bravo! and I remove my hat to ya for this great work of historical and social commentary. Bravo!!!!!!
Lots of stories out there like this Rene... all too common in our Deep South here. Awesome scene bro... great work!
this as spectacular...as soon as i saw the image it immediately made me think of one of my favourite all time stephen king movies..."the stand" if you haven't seen it it's worth a watch...it's kinda a spin on the devil coming into the world to take it over, like he hasn't already...hehehe...anyway there is a older than your character woman of colour who is a very protaganistic character in the movie...she does a great job and even her little porch she sits on is similar to the one you have depicted here...thanks for reminding me of that movie with your image...i think i'll watch it. your work is awesome!!! chills and thrills
Onkel Toms Hütte. So sieht es in Kuba aus vor den kleinen Häuschen. War da mal vor vielen Jahren.
Wonderful composition and posing! He looks very interested in the stories she's telling.
It is very cool by you. 5+! Thanks.
Great scene, buddy, and fascinating commentary. This reminded me of something else too. Did you ever read/see "The Stand" by Stephen King? Reminds me of Mother Abigail. Excellent work here!
cool image. she much have "went to Alabama with a banjo on my knees"... lol [that part is a old song song around here in USA] might be one of the stories she tells him too lol
Reminds me of my gram, always telling us stories any chance she got. I thank her for that even to this day. Nice and pleasant image Rene!
fantastic image and render
there was this white trash living down the road, he came over playing this banjo... he told me to bend over and squeel like a pig... after he was done with his business, I forked him... I used him to fertilize my garden - that was your pappy - lol
Excellent scene and characters, Rene!!!!
a wonderful every day type of scene. I love the banjo and jug props.
