Awesome capture!! Just upgraded to a Celetron CPC 1100 DX HD scope myself. Hope to capture first light this week, when and if it finally stops rainning!@#* :(
Am so glad I logged on tonight and had a browse. This is great inspiration. Have been longing to get into astrophotography, and just today browsing astrograph telescopes. Thank you for posting but special thanks for mentioning the equipment you use. Am thinking about buying a Skywatcher Quattro CF 8" with a an HEQ5 pro mount. I guess you can look at other peoples photos, with the amount of patience required to put them together, but never really appreciate them fully until the light from the stars hits your own eyeballs (or camera sensor!). Best regards, Steve
