here I was trying to emphasize the out line of the arches...please give me some hints. I've spent too long to no success!!

Fine POV and perspective to capture the essence of the repetition. Your dalliance with Photoshop has led you into new and arcana vistas, Jean. My hint would be to make the lines darker, but that's just my preference.

This is lovely; anything I would say would end up being too convoluted and probably would ultimately end up not giving you the effect you want. The arches do stand out well here!
