very beautiful character
SO kewl that we share a love of myth cause it makes me enjoy your work all the more--Mari is lovely--now there is another myth with a patron goddess-ah of witches--dagnasbit--the name escapes me--anyhoo--Mari is a raven haired prize this one! More please.
Beautiful brooding character. She seems to know things and is disapointed that people around her don't understand what she feels is common sense. I saw your Basque reference and became curious and did the wikipedia search. There is a lot of odd and interesting info of what seems to be the last organized people of a 'pagan' society. I'm going to have to go back and read more. They seemed to exist well into dominant Christian times. Awesome render.
A lovely portrait, Ray! She has the look of a goddess, indeed!
Marvelous character my friend, spectacular eyes!
