Description
Captured 8/16/12, early morning, just a few blocks from my daunting dwelling.
Overwhelmingly ZOOM worthy.
Another pic from my visit to the beautiful Frangipani/Plumeria tree. Being of tropical origin, the blooms seem to be holding up very well under our intense heat. Please check out the information regarding this species in my yesterday's posting.
It occurred to me that not only does this flower resemble motor fan blades, it also lacks a pistil from what I can see. Or maybe it's so tiny that it's practically invisible.
Auf wiedersehen, and have a nice day.

very lovely . colors is super
Nice flowers and shot.
Really gorgeous floral shot, and this is one of my favorite colors of Plumeria.
A fabulous capture of these beautiful flowers. I've not noticed the lack of a pistil either, but I wont hold that against them.
Amazing colors in this lovely capture Harry!
Another enchanting flowers my friend, very well captured! Congratulations!
Oh, this is just perfection, Harry; like a Hawaiian print come to life, in gorgeous technicolour. And a bit of research reveals that the reproductive bits of these flowers are deep inside the base of the flower.
Hmm, not sure Ive seen or heard of this one Harry...VERY pretty!
It is very cool. Thanks. 5+!
