Description
I captured this yesterday through our conservatory window. You can see six sparrows here and they are fun to watch with their squabbling over the best perch. The tall echinacea is the one I featured a few days ago. Zoom maybe better!
Have a good week.

Enchanting image, thank you for sharing, marvelous photo!
Perfect title Jeff, and yes....the crane's name was Derrick! Just as an aside, I wonder which one of these blighters killed Cock Robin!
Outstanding composition & lighting - both flora & fauna look great...
Sparrows are quite vigorous birds...and yes, they argue quite a lot for creatures so small. I love the sense of color and the sparrows are a nice compliment to that. This is really super work.
Sweet tweeeet.
Love this pic hon awesome job on it.
I have NO sparrows in my garden and yet a mile away my brother has scores! Also I have squirrels so that fat ball would last 5 minutes only! A super shot.
Nice shot of the birds. I know what you mean Jeff about pecking order with birds.
Fantastic capture, lighting and title!

Aww, how wonderful to see the little flock! I have this same thing with the little juncos and chickadees on my suet blocks. Then a flicker will come and all the little ones have to back off...
