Description
what we see here, is not a failure to communicate, but rather a way to show what is going on around me....
I just purchased this HD Hero 2. to say that the quality is top-notch is to understate it. as you can see, it is mounted on my helmet and the movie it takes is beyond belief.
it is inside a water-proof housing which means I can take this camera when it is raining, snowing, misting, etc.
the case is rated to 60 meters (197ft) underwater; not that I'll ever get that deep.
so as soon as I really get use to this new camera, I'll be posting a movie to YouTube.
OBTW: August 12, I will be involved the the POrtland Bridge Pedal with a friend. I do plan on taking the camera with me to capture the fun
thanks for all the wonderful comments and faves
you folks are the best

cool.. very cool... great shot... fun fun toy...
I like new toys. When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought that your helmet might actually be one of those newfangled tripod thingies made out of some sort of super-futuristic buckmisterfullerines: you know...those odd molecules that do enough stuff for William Gibson to put them into really snazzy stories? Anyway, I liked the thumbnail and when I zoomed in on full and actually found out what I was looking at, I liked it just as much. Ah...toys! They're so much fun. And did you know that your helmet makes quite a nice photographic subject all by itself?
yea i'm like everybody else, can't wait to see what you capture with it, great looking new toy, and great capture of it! it looks pretty sophisticated!:) have fun on your bike ride, i know you will!:)*5
I knew you'd end up peddling it all over town. It happens from hanging out with Rene after a while. Lol!
That looks really cool Mike, have fun with it and lets see the results. :0)
Very, very cool Mike, have a fun my friend!
Beautiful camera! I'll be awaiting your videos! Wow, Reading your comment and the one of Mark, I feel ashamed. The only use I could give this type of camera would be attach it to my cap and film when I take my dog Cookie for a walk.
I have one and they are awesome mate. You will love it!
Congratulations on your new 'toy'! I wish you many many many happy hours, days, weeks and years of enjoyment! May you be as creative with it as you are with your camera and 3d art! Bravo and good luck for your fine new future!
