Description
A battered angel exists in a perpetual state of ruin and pain.
My first artwork in several months and, of course, it's a dark one which matches my current mood. Since creating this, I'm starting to feel somewhat better. My meds were increased (maxed out, actually) and I'm trying to get more active while adding some structure to my life (I'm going to join a gym and go a few times a week, regularly). Still at the time, this piece was very self reflective (if that makes sense). I'm still not exactly happy with my current life and it will be quite some time before I am, if ever, but I'm hopeful. Perhaps my next artwork will reflect my new found hope. Who knows? I don't.
