The Chains That Bind Us
Wake up... they don't love YOU - any more than they love me. But they, (the top 3% elite aristocracy) ruling over us all - need YOU to keep thinking as you do. That you are equal to THEM and superior to us.
Keeping YOU in that mind set, keeps US ALL under their control. Keeps US fighting each other. Keeps US bickering. Keeps US entertaining THEM. Keeps us ALL...... SLAVES.
US - Divided - THEY stand...
US - United - THEY fall!!!
Remember when, waaay back when, we were ONE? And together, WE brought some DOWN. Don't remember? That's what they're hoping. At one time, the Irish, the Scots, Yorkshiremen, Blacks, Indians were ALL slaves to THEM. They grew afraid of our MIGHT... and they divided us with mind games and trickery.
They told YOU - that you were like THEM. But you're not... you're like me. WE you and I - have more in common and we were once... UNITED by the chains that bound us.
Look... LOOK... the chains... are still there!

I also recommend Zinn's "The History of American Empire." I used the graphic novel version for a class once because I knew the students wouldn't read the print version, and the stories of Colonialism, class warfare, and racial elitism shocked them all. Well done, M'am!
