Description
I first visited Jan Cilliers Park yesterday morning ,but there was not a lot of activity. So i went to Austin Roberts bird sanctuary which is 10 minutes drive from Jan Cilliers Park.Had a field day there. A first for me was spotting this African Purple Swamp hen.Here it was walking along side an Egyptian Goose and Two Goslings.I cropped the second gosling out to the back as it was cut in half after i took and viewed this capture. Beautiful birds and so nice reflections in the water.
I love how the water has turned out in this beautiful capture. We have a similar bird here that we call the Pukeko which we see around water a lot. They are pretty.
A fascinating image. There is something about the swirl patterns in the water, the birds & the overall light & color in this photo that give it a surreal feel - to me, anyway. Great work...
