Judging by the size of the door, I'd say this place is older than the USA. I could be wrong, but smaller doors indicate smaller people, which tells me: this place is OLD. Humans were almost dwarfishly short, once upon a time. We were short enough that one may assume that the biblical Goliath was about the height of an average US-American basketball player now. Funny how that works. And as for this shot: I love the color of the door and all of the nice details that one can find when one's eye wanders around this photo.
The door must be small, and home made by the look of it. Nothing seems level with it, but having said that it is an excellent and fun shot, thanks, hugs Jane xx

It's all relative, isn't it? He could be an incredibly detailed, lifelike sculpture a hundred feet tall or an inch tall...

I was in Captain Cook's cottage recently and the height of the doors was about the same!
I found the work around the door somewhat more interesting. Looks like a fire inside there once, but not a large one. Wonder how many times that door has been replaced, and did the bottom part once open separately back when people were REALLY small, LOL?
