Description
Just a bit of fun.
Fritz is always losing his chews to the others.
His greed leads him to abandon what he has to see what he might be missing, and then finds that what he had has gone missing when he gets back!
A real, if canine, example of the maxim "happiness is not getting what you want, but wanting what you have".

outstanding shot and caption
wonderful shot and a delightful story. My 4 girls have learned not to walk away from their treats for the very same reason.

Superb capture Andrea. God Bless.
How stunning those two look here, a brilliant capture, Andrea. And I 'love' your saying: "happiness is not getting what you want, but wanting what you have". :D Hopefully only for dogs, btw.

Good one Great pic as well Hugs Susan~
LOL. My Jack Russell is the same. As soon as I give him anything, he instantly puts his body between it and myself so I don't decide to steal it back!
I say, not exactly cricket of the antagonist, but love the Cheshire-like grin on his face! Stellar clarity, colors and composition in this shot.
OMG! this is adorable !~~
You sure know how to put a smile on my face i absolutely love this capture.
LOL! SUPER COOL WORK!
This is absolutely amazing and I love the way you do portrait work, especially with those 4-legged people who grow their own fur coats! This is one of those priceless, laugh-inducing shots that shows one thing: people are all alike, no matter how their limbs and fur (or scales, or feathers, or ciliated hairs) are arranged. This is superb.
And Ralph is looking very proud and happy that he got Fritz's chew!
