Mentioned hiking the other day in Redwood SP, following the Roosevelt Elk herds. Thought I'd post one of these magnificent animals.
I almost could not resist the fun of Titling this "What a rack"! Then taking a clipping from his butt to make the thumbnail(to look like cleavage), and hit the nudity tag. Just to see the number of views. Funny to me however is not funny to the moderators. I successfully resisted the temptation of jest, but kept the title. :~p

Roosevelt elk are native to the Olympics, and when we were there in May we saw a couple of herds. They were both inside fenced pastures! They're not tame and they're not being raised by the farmer ... they just know a good thing when they see it! Beautiful creatures. I love your shot!
