Great color, and looks good enough to eat! :~p
Nice photo, and I am still waiting for my first. I have never cooked eggplant and do not remember ever tasting it either, LOL!
Fantastic image. I like very much the colors
wonderful
It is a beauty and I hope you enjoy it. I love its beautiful colour.
A beauty!! Enjoy!! :)
Fine pic.
the eggplant is such a striking 'presence' in the midst of all those leaves. You captured its purples beautifully. And you also captured its stem (and upper leaves) very effectively: It looks like a prehistoric creature resting on top of the eggplant's fruit. Like a little bird or tiny dinosaur. Very sensual and bold. I hope it tastes as good as it looks! It's making me hungry, and it's 2:30 in the morning where I am!
Brilliant, love the colour and adore aubergine for dinner stuffed with lentils and vegetables!
Such a wonderful color your eggplant has. It looks so healthy too. A strange form to me, as here this fruit is more oblong, and not such round in shape.
Yummy i love this stuff and never tried to grow this.
Fantastic.
Okay, now I"m STARVING, LOL!! I have never seen round eggplant! Here in New Hampshire in the US we have the longer ones. I love slicing them, placing them in a colender with a heavy plate on top to press out the bitter juices for an hour...then coating them in egg and breadcrumbs and frying them. MMMM....
cool shot, great colors
Che bella melanzana!!! Buon appetito! :)
Bella melanzana e bella foto ! Confesso che non mi piacciono assolutamente le melanzane , nonostante Carmen le prapri molto spesso alla maniera siciliana (lei รจ nata vicino ad Agrigento ).
Interessantes Foto.
Congratulations on your first eggplant.I hope that it was good.It is always special when you can grow your own food.
Very nice.
Superb shot. Fantastic colors.
Hummm...... and what the taste of it?? So may be good Tanks to share ((5++))
In my younger days growing up, I just couldn't eat egg plant when we had it on the table. Maybe it was just the name that scared me. Then when I was in the military service, I was stationed in Japan. I ordered Tempura at a restaurant and there was one in particular that I thought was very good. Little did I know it was egg plant because it was covered with batter. Wow! I was missing a lot, not knowing it tasted that good. After that, I had eggplant everyday for 3 months. Love it and thanks for the reminder. And Oh Yes, Happy Birthday, the best going your way. Aloha
