Description
Overlooking the Parterre at kingston Lacey House, Dorset.
This is the first year I have made enough visits to get my sub money back from the National Trust.
Today was a mixture of sunshine and thunderous torrential downpours, but we have the right clothes, or we should have been soaked to our skins.
This was taken before the main 'shower'!

wonderful with the person with the flowers. hope the person got out of the rain
Wonderful shot. Fantastic perspective!
A super POV with a good sight of the garden.
Beautiful garden, and this sculpture brought a smile, thanks!
Wonderful shot.
I know how he feels lol, I am sick of the rain as well, great shot
Superb capture Andrea. God Bless.
A clever viewpoint and charming shot!
This is a wonderful shot.
Yeah as someone who spends a good proportion of the day outside in all types of weather, that is so true. Wear the right clothes, and the weather ceases to become an issue. Great shot.
Such a clever shot Andrea. That poor little statue looks fed up with the rain.
Excellent POV, focus and color of the elegant and well manicured Parterre, Andrea. I like the cherub forlornly pondering his fate.
I wonder what he is thinking about. A lovely capture.
Wonderful!! Great capture!! :)
Absolutely wonderful shot looks like a dreamer.
Wow what a gorgeous statue of this cherub dreaming away. The grounds and flower beds look fantastic and so well manicured.
The cherub does seem a bit dissatisfied with the weather...beautiful shot!
Made me chuckle, love his expression. The gardens in the background look beautiful!!
Wonderful shot!
TERRIFIC CAPTURE! LOL!
Great image. Love the slightly out of focus background as well.
LOve this!! it's how many of us feel with the current weather!
Even the little cherub is in a bit of a snit about all the rain! Love this one!
Great perfect look.
A beautiful garden area but the stone cherub does not look so happy. Maybe after the rain, the bowl will at least have some water in it!
