This valley is just south of us. Actually our house would be roughly 5 miles to the left side of the image. This was the area I saw the elk I posted last weekend. I took Glenda up there yesterday, no sign of the elk, but we found a bear. Actually he found us. I got a couple of pictures of him but he was already running away so they are not very good shots.

Wondrous Capture Jim...Love the wide open spaces and bet the air is fresh and clean...One question after zooming I noticed what appears to be a building fire way in the B/G just left of center...Am I seeing an illusion or ??...Figured since yo took this picture you might be able to solve this...(smiles)..No biggy if you do or don't...I just always enjoy picking apart pictures that have so much in details to offer...rather fun to do...(smiles)..
