Sitting on the back porch smoking
The cool evening breeze
Makes the smoke disappear
I look off into the woods
Where we use to play adult games
Hide n go seek
Which quickly turned into tag
And we were both it
I love games where everyone wins
But that was a long, long time ago
I don’t even know your new last name
Or where you live
But I do know you still cross my mind
When I close my eyes I can hear your laugh
See you dancing naked in the sunlight
You were so confident in your beauty
So unashamed
You belonged naked in the sunlight
The best part of my evening smoke
Is remembering you
