Have to agree this looks like a antique brooch surrounded by pearls. The inlayed flowers are awesome inside this awesome gem. Wonderful job Chery.
just beautiful, like a pendant or very old piece of jewelry found in one's attic from several generations back, and filled with delicate floral patterns, and overtaken by the natural layers of decay---themselves beautifully done here. It even looks like it has a crack from age and from the natural shifting of stone. And you gave it a pearl border, and placed it against sheer white, as if showing off an old beautiful piece of jewelry. Beautiful work. Very finely done.
