Description
It's been a very long time since I've posted, life has been busy and a new costume keeps demanding what little spare time I have, alas.
This was the result of too much time indoors. It was dreadfully hot all day, the one time I walked down my street in that hot sun made me understand what it must be like for an ant under a magnifying glass.
As evening set in it finally cooled down so I jumped at the chance to do something, anything, outdoors.
Not sure where the title came from, although if you follow the line of the rock upwards it is kind of a curve...
As usual for my rockstacks there's no glue or such, just gravity and friction.
And yes, even though it is only June in Michigan it has been so dry and hot that the yard isn't just brown anymore, it looks dead.

Very cool photo for a hot area. hope you get some relief soon with the weather
Well this is amazing. I've never seen anybody do this before. The bottom two? I could do. For the rest of them? I better be wearing shin guards. LOL. Incredibly cool!
Great to see a new rock sculpture from you,Mike. It looks impossible, but I must believe my eyes.
That's just too cool, Mike! I love your rock sculptures - you must be totally in tune with those rocks to get them to do your will like this. I'd have sore toes... Good to see a post from you, my friend!
it stands up for sure. cool looking
It looks like a pea shooter from Plants vs. Zombies! LOL! (I may have played too much of that game, do you think?) :P A most excellent stack. Nice to see you around! :)
Amazing! It looks like a dog balancing two balls on his head. To me, anyway.
looks not very stable, but it is a beautiful stone sculpture
Outstanding work and great capture of it!!
Cool.
Yes sir You can point some village on the rock to the left ;-)
Your rock sculpting is always wonderful. My lawn doesn't look dead; it IS dead.
