Some times I can think of one..
And sometimes not...
I looked online for that expression, and actually found it, used for the same purpose...
Lack of a title.
The lady that did it at that place said,
"yes I am that brain dead, I just can't think of a title"
Or my title muse was misplaced...

you named it Rosy- rosey.... it looks like a palm... I would of titled it: "ROSEY PALM" LOL .... hey, what was the name of the horse that won the Belmont? I lost interest after I heard I'll have another retired. Titles are fun, they should always come easy and you should be thinking of it while you create - there's no reason to write a book explaining you're having a brain fart - lol
