Description
I took this photo in RMNP this weekend. I have PP the photo to bring out the Owl in the picture. When we first cam by the group of people looking up we did not see the owl or the babies. After looking for up I spotted the feathers above the eyes. One of the babies can be seen in the photo to the bottom left of the momma.

Oh! I would so love to see these in person! Great find and shot!
Great shot! I love owls. We have many in our woods. It always amazes me to see how swiftly and silently they can fly among the trees.
Wonderful to see!
Perfectly camouflaged! Neat image.
Great pic and super camouflague.
Owl? Where? Oh, THERE! Nice photo. They are so difficult to see - the perfect protection camoflage, but also predator camoflage. And they are SO intelligent! Nice with the little chick just visible. Mom's keeping a watchful eye on those pesky 2 legged things on the ground. Krittermom would most likely appreciate this photo. Keep up the good work! :-)
