Description
I captured this female squirrel last week. She was taking her breakfast on the brazilian grapes (Jabuticaba) tree at my work place.
She glanced at me, assessing my aggressive potential and my level of dangerousness , and obviously she is very good evaluating, because she kept eating, not caring that I was very close to her.
I felt a little humiliated, but took the opportunity to take some pictures. The light was very low, so unfortunately I had to use ISO 1600.
This picture is on the forum challenge too.

cool shot. you a friendly man and she knew it.
Great shot ! It's amazing how animals (birds & others)assess danger... :~)
Excellent shot, despite the poor light conditions. Superb!!

A SUPERB CAPTURE AND VERY CUTE WELL DONE
Superb and cute capture of a squirrel in action!
Such nice and cute shot, Neto. I can imagine you had a bit the feeling, coming too close. But I like to see this squirrel eating it's healthy breakfast. It looks a bit like sherries to me.
One very healthy looking squirrel! Nice shot!
Very nice capture. Well done.
She knew you wouldn't hurt her or take her food away. :)))) She has a most perfect diet. :)))) George is taking to his diet pretty good now. :))))) Most cute and excellent capture my friend. :)))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :)))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :)))))
beautiful capure, lovely image
Excellent capture, Neto! The 1600 ISO certainly did nothing to ruin the picture - it is wonderfully clear and sharp, with excellent contrast. Great job!
What a wonderful surprise - for both of you! but Brazilian grapes is something new to me - they are very similar to the size of his/her eyes ;) what a lucky shot Neto, BB
A wonderful photo and she is watching you closely!
