Just south of Gold Beach on the Oregon coast.

This could have been taken yesterday or a hundred years ago ... or a thousand years ago, given a camera. I love the timeless feeling of ocean beaches.

Great black and white image!
This is an amazing photo. The rock looks like they live, and if they belong to, f.e. sharks or other animals that come from the sea. And if you look at the waves then, this is giving a striking effect.

Oh, this is super. I love the fact that this could even be another planet, or the east coast of Russia, where "the Brothers" (a similar formation of rocks) loom and are battered by Pacific ocean waves with bits of whatever those waters would have bits of, floating around. This is, indeed, timeless, and the black and white nature of the image gives it a more haunting feel. This is making a trip into my favorites.
