Description
I finally got around to starting an image I have been wanting to do for a while.
A copy of an awesome Frank Frazetta image. I remeber this picture from when I was a kid looking at all the conan book covers from my parents book collection (never read the books as a kid).
Well I'm not trying to do an exact copy (see my guy managed to break one chain link). I am trying to learn something. So I play a lot with angles, and poses. Trying to get it close.
Took most of my time just to do the chains and the snake pose. Did the chains one by one copy and paste and move - there has to be a better way.
Modelled the floor, walls, stairs and chains. Textures from CGtextures.com
I will work on this some more to add some more stuff.

An awesome rendering!...I was saying ti myself that in Frank Frazetta image he hadn't broken the chain, then I read that it saw not an exact copy, but pretty close too me...very nicely done... To me Frazetta made the best conan images of all the ones I've seen...
